Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to the nature some of our personalization items, we do not offer refunds for those items. If there is an issue with your product please let us know so we can take care of you within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
